Check before you come

We work with several insurance networks and government discount cards. What you get back depends on your own plan, so after checking below, send a photo of your card on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm your cover before your visit.

Not covered? You can still spread the cost of treatment with Tabby, Tamara or Toothpick.

Insurance and cards we accept

These are the networks and cards we work with directly at our Al Majaz clinic. Coverage for each treatment depends on your policy. Routine check-ups, cleaning, fillings and extractions are commonly covered; cosmetic treatment such as whitening and veneers is usually not.

FAQ

Insurance questions

How do I know what my plan covers?
Send a clear photo of the front and back of your card on WhatsApp to 050 948 2765. Our team checks your benefits and tells you what is covered before treatment.
Is teeth whitening covered by insurance?
Cosmetic treatment such as whitening, veneers and Hollywood smile is usually not covered. Some plans cover part of a crown or filling when it is medically needed.
What if my insurer is not listed?
You can still be treated. You pay at the clinic and can split the cost with Tabby, Tamara or Toothpick. Some insurers will reimburse you if you send them the invoice; check with your insurer.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your Emirates ID and your insurance, Esaad or Fazaa card.
